Animals are processed at the end of the grazing season in late October.  The flavor and health benefits from the summer grasses are at their peak this time of year.

O'Donnell's Farm beef is processed, inspected, dry aged for tenderness, then packaged and frozen right here in Maine. 

We currently sell 1/4, 1/2, or a whole animal.  We usually sell out by mid summer, so customers are encouraged to place their orders in advance.
