I am now taking orders for the fall of
2011. I should have even more
grass-fed beef for sale this year.
If you would like to order ¼, ½, or even a whole
animal, please send me an email.
I will be requesting a $100 deposit on quarters, $150 for halves,
and $200 for a whole animal.
For those that pre-order, I will hold my current pricing. Thanks again to all customers who
support local, sustainable farms.

per lb. based on hanging weight
Typical Price:

750 lb hanging weight * $3.90 / 4 = $730
A quarter will
typically yield about 100 lbs. of beef
Half: $3.85 per
lb. based on hanging weight
Whole: $3.75
per lb. based on hanging weight
